• Create Sacred Space using the 5 Tibetan Elements. 
• How and Why to practice the Oshun Breath (Ocean Breath). 
• 3 Blocks to Sexual Bliss
• 5 Principles of Sexual Communication. 
• Tantric Speech practice through hand or foot massage  
• Tantric Union Breathing.
